This Two Eights Cabernet Sauvignon colour is rich and vibrant with ripe berry and blackcurrant fruit flavours and a touch of spice on the nose. A complex yet soft, delicate and gentle mid-palate is well balanced with fine grape and oak tannins finishing long.
The Coonawarra had an ideal growing season with average temperatures and rainfall leading into the vintage.

A cool, dry January led to perfect ripening conditions and increased yield significantly also delayed the vintage by over two weeks. Despite being one of the latest vintage on record, the fruit produced was of a very high quality.

The rich, ripe fruits will compliment grilled or roasted meat such as beef, lamb or veal.
